This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made directly on CottonDuvetCover.com.


Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within:

👉 30 days from the delivery date

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused & unwashed

  • free from stains, odors, or pet hair

  • in original condition

  • with tags & original packaging (if applicable)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • used or washed bedding

  • items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different:

  • color

  • size

  • style

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected.


🚚 Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return is due to:

  • defective product

  • wrong item received

  • damaged during transit

We will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.


📦 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • your item arrives damaged

  • the wrong product or size was sent

  • there is a manufacturing defect

Email us with:

  • order number

  • description of issue

  • clear photos of product & packaging

🕒 Refunds Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or card provider

Shipping fees and return postage are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.


📮 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  • please first check with household members & neighbors

  • then contact the shipping carrier

We are happy to assist with a carrier investigation.

Replacement or refund eligibility may depend on carrier results.


🌎 International Orders

For international customers:

  • customs fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer
