✅ Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within:

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

unused & unwashed

free from stains, odors, or pet hair

in original condition

with tags & original packaging (if applicable)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

used or washed bedding

items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.
🔁 Exchanges
If you need a different:

size

style
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected.
🚚 Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated:

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the return is due to:

damaged during transit
We will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.
📦 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

the wrong product or size was sent

there is a manufacturing defect

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected:

approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

please allow 5–10 business days for processing by your bank or card provider
Shipping fees and return postage are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
📮 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

We are happy to assist with a carrier investigation.
Replacement or refund eligibility may depend on carrier results.

For international customers:
