Wide 43-Inch Support Area

Floor support legs do not replace the required under-mattress anchoring or retention system.
Under-Mattress Anchoring System
The bed rail must be secured to the compatible bed frame using the supplied retention strap or anchoring components.
The anchoring system helps maintain the rail’s installed position and reduce movement between the rail and mattress.
Follow the included instructions exactly. Do not replace the supplied strap, hardware, or anchoring components with improvised parts.
After installation, confirm that:
- The anchoring system is secured to the bed frame.
- The rail cannot pull away from the mattress.
- No unsafe gap exists between the mattress and rail.
- The rail remains secure when moderate pressure is applied.
- Mattress movement does not create a new opening.
If the actual product does not include a permanently attached retention system that meets applicable requirements, do not list or sell it as an adult portable bed rail in the United States.
Padded Hand Grips
The upper rail includes padded gripping surfaces designed to provide a more comfortable handhold.
The multiple grip positions allow the user to choose a convenient point when sitting up, standing, or adjusting position.
Regularly inspect the padding for:
- Tears
- Looseness
- Moisture damage
- Excessive wear
- Exposed metal
Stop using the rail if the padding or frame is damaged.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
